FAQ's
- Q.1. Do I need an account?
- An account is not required, we accept Mastercard and Visa for courier bookings, however an account with Power Couriers will provide you a discounted rate.
- Q.2. Does Power Couriers carry furniture?
- We reccommend using a specialist furniture carrier who can provide the appropriate packing and lifting arrangements to care for your valuable pieces.
- Q.3. Can Power Couriers send my parcel intrastate/interstate?
- We can, however we focus our service on "Time Critical - Urgent" on demand deliveries. Direct Drive service quotations are available upon request, for the not so urgent we recommend an Air Freight company who specialise in interstate deliveries.
- Q.4. I only have the post office box address, can Power Couriers deliver this for me?
- We can only deliver to a valid street address, the post office won't accept them.
- Q.5. How early or late can I book a job?
- Our office hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Bookings made late in the day can be subject to availablity of suitable vehicles, traffic etc.
Should you require a courier outside those hours, pre bookings can be arranged (applicable after hours fees will apply). - Q.6. Can Power Couriers deliver fresh food?
- We sure can, due to regulations we must do this on a direct (bullet) service. Helps protect the integrity of your food delivery. Especially from hungry drivers!
- Q.7. I want to pay my monthly account by credit card?
- Power Couriers accepts Visa or Mastercard without any surcharge to settle monthly accounts.
- Q.8. Can I travel with the courier driver?
- While our couriers would love the company, regulations and insurance prevent us from offering a ride.
- Q.9. Can I book a delivery and the receiver pay for the courier charge?
- We can only accept the booking from the account holder or the person paying for the job.
